Introducing mom Emily and sweet Miss MJ! These beautiful ladies have been clients of ours for a while, as we have captured Emily’s pregnancy, MJ’s newborn session, as well as several milestone sessions. We LOVE our relationship with them!
What a beautiful setting! Photographing clients in picturesque downtown Savannah is a favorite! Unsure where you’d like to have your portrait session done? Our boutique studio is always an option, but if on-location is more your style we have several places to select from including Ft. McAllister, J.F. Gregory Park, Tivoli Marsh, Red Gate Farms, and Tybee, to name a few.

Oh my goodness…the cuteness! Savannah always holds such treasures, such as this stunning red doorway. Mom and daughter really had a great time (and so did I).
Here’s another historic porch. That green just pops! We are so blessed to live in coastal Georgia where there are so many beautiful places to photograph and enjoy.
Wow…look at that staircase! No props needed here! Savannah offers so much in a way of visual opportunities. It is its own canvas, really. However, props are always welcome in our portrait sessions. They may be something from our studio, from nature, or a special item from home. For children’s portraits, you might want to include a favorite toy, book, blanket, or family heirloom. These items give your images even more meaning and joy.
It is always such a pleasure photographing Emily and her precious daughter little Miss MJ. I know it sounds corny, but so many of my clients become true friends that I am beyond blessed to have in my life. One of the aspects of my job I especially looked forward to after my husband retired from the Army was being able to stay in one place for reasons just like this … being able to watch my sweet clients grow. Capturing images families will cherish for a lifetime is one of the best parts of being a photographer. Time goes by way too fast and children are little only for a short while. Ladies, I hope you enjoy these special memories for many years to come and I can’t wait until I see you both again.
