I am thrilled to announce that Megan Myrick Photography is hiring! After much thought, prayer, and consideration, I have decided to link arms with someone who will add value to my life, business, and non-profit organization. MMP has grown so much over the past few years, and I am excited to move forward into the next phase of business. As I am at the place where the workload is beyond my ability as one person I have created the position of a Studio Assistant: a part-time position that will help to efficiently move my business and non-profit forward.
Applicants must be self-starters, motivated workers, and eager to learn. As a Studio Assistant, you will be involved in the daily work of a photography studio: corresponding with clients via email, scheduling appointments/sessions, fulfilling print orders, delivering client orders, keeping packaging supplies fully stocked, running personal and business errands, managing client folders, learning studio-specific software and tasks, and assisting with certain photography sessions. This position is an office position only, not a shooting position. If you are an aspiring photographer or know how to work a camera, that’s great, but not required for consideration. I may or may not expand this position to include photography training in the future.
This is not the same as an internship. I am looking for someone to join my team year-round with the Studio Assistant position.
