Clapping and cheering erupted amidst a few gasps of surprise.
After two adorable boys Justin and Leslie were having a girl … because, you know, third time’s a charm girl. 😉
(I have to admit I had cast my vote in the boy column and was definitely one of the ones gasping in happy surprise.)

Nothing like being a big brother!
I first met Justin and Leslie at our church, The Waterfont Church, here in Richmond Hill. Outgoing and kind, they were some of the first people to friend Taran and I when we joined two years ago. I was fortunate enough to photograph their extended family last year. See all the gorgeous images from that session here.

I love when clients book me in advance, and Leslie was no exception! I was truly looking forward to capturing her pregnant – such a lovely woman, inside and out and a natural in front of the camera.
After being friends with this family for the past two years, I know this precious baby girl will be born into a home filled with love, laughter and fun. She will be showered with adoration, protected from harm (with the help of her two big brothers of course), and grow in God’s love with abundance.
Such a lucky, lucky little lady.
